Refund & Return Policy
Returns
- Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Returns that don’t meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Exchanges
- If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us first to confirm availability.
- Exchanges follow the same conditions as returns.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Wrong Address / Undeliverable Orders

- We are not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
